Martha Hodgson
Innovation Consultant
Martha has a breadth of cross-category experience within the field of innovation through creating and delivering research, insight and strategy programmes. She has a passion for helping businesses be truly consumer-centric and has led in-depth insight programmes from both a client and consultancy standpoint. Her life-long love for sport led her to achieve a first-class honours degree in Sports Equipment Design, and sees her tackling various running, hockey and swimming challenges when she is not leading innovation projects at CDP. She also holds a distinction in her MA in Multidisciplinary Design Innovation and has worked across a spectrum of industry sectors including Sport, FMCG, Technology and Healthcare
Andrew Wynne
Senior Product Design Consultant
Andrew has a wealth of experience designing products in consumer markets, and has won multiple awards over career to-date. His personal passion for sport, coupled with his extensive product design knowledge, has been invaluable in leading numerous sports projects at CDP. From innovative sports equipment and footwear through to apparel, Andy has seen first-hand how athletic insights help result in successfully launching products to market.
Dr Rosalind Lancaster
Insights for Innovation Researcher
Ros is a research professional with a strong interest in the sports arena – both personally and academically. Her experiences span across the sports, consumer and healthcare sectors, where she has specific experience in the impact of exercise on a variety of biomarkers. She has led client and consultancy research projects which includes exploring unmet needs through in-depth KOL and consumer interviews, technology scouting and market strategy. Ros loves leveraging her experience in both industry and research to help uncover insights and customer centric opportunities which are both actionable and of commercial value.
